平面刻划光栅

 这里有很多种用于复制的刻划光栅母板。刻线密度从20 lines/mm 到1800 lines/mm。标准光栅表面镀铝膜,特殊的有镀金、MgF2等其他材料。提示:下表中所列的刻划面积为最大尺寸,所有光栅都能够复制更小的尺寸,并可直接订货。如果需要面积大于表中刻划面积或其它规格的光栅则必须提前联系。
